Designer Greek needed a customized online design studio (sometimes called a configurator), a specialized ecommerce system for handling custom orders, and a tool to manage their inventory of thousands of products in a real-time environment.

We defined the specific needs of the different types of shoppers and determine the best way for users to access the design shop. Wireframed and storyboarded this unique feature-set for approval by client. Utilize Flash for the design shop, tied into MySQL/PHP. Identified and coded custom inventory management process.

Built on a secure, e-commerce platform.

After a highly focused production process, the Designer Greek site became a trophy for Montana Banana in 2003. The flash integration with PHP and real-time tracking of swatch inventories was a one-of-a-kind solution that still gives the client a unique advantage over their competition. Designer Greek now has the ability to change nearly all the content on the site, even in the areas that use Flash. This site is still the industry leader within the fraternity and sorority custom apparel websites. 11 years later, the code still stands the test of time.
