Each of the three sites require a different creative approach--extract these independent creative directions. Establish past conflicts and future goals. Suggest several methods in which organization goals can be met. Establish conversion goals that users visit the door styles catalog. Organize and implement company intranet.
Pacific Crest Cabinets changed their company name to Bellmont Cabinet Company during this project. They are very happy with the three websites. The sites' content management system allow them to address the changing minutia that occurs within their product hierarchy. The Dealer intranet, online video tutorials and 'dealer locator' maps have also reduced the amount of time their employees are spending tending to prospective customers--saving them valuable man-hours.
Bellmont Cabinet Company is currently in the early stages of a Phase III web project with Montana Banana Website Development that will expand what each prospective visitor-group will be able to learn and buy from the site.
