Open Arms Perinatal Services
Open Arms provides free prenatal services to improve birth experiences and lifelong outcomes for families in and around Seattle. Their website is an important resource for the community and needed an new design and some content organization.
The Challenge
Their extensive collection of resources for families, birth givers and doulas includes videos, podcasts and documents. Along with their ever-growing blog, these other resources needed to be easy to find, watch and search engine optimized. Multiple forms throughout the site were rebuilt to integrate directly into their CRM and donation payment gateway.

The Open Arms virtual library is for sharing knowledge and real-life stories to educate, build community, and accompany people on their journey through childbirth and beyond. By organizing videos and podcasts into categories, a visitor can easily find exactly what they’re looking for.
